The evening…
6 pm: Arrival
6:15 - 6:45 pm: Barre Class (expect some festive tunes)
6:45 - 7:15 pm - Candlelight Yoga flow
7:15 - 7:45 pm - Socialising over Mulled wine & mince pies
What to expect…
The evening will kick off with a 30-minute barre class. This energising and dynamic session provides a low-impact, full-body workout that will strengthen, sculpt and leave you glowing. This will be followed by a 30-minute indulgent yoga flow under the relaxing glow of candles and festive fairy lights.
After the workout, the beautiful Berry Farm Barn will transform from 'barre' studio to 'bar' where you can enjoy delicious mulled wine and mince pies and chat away with the rest of the Collective Fitness community.
