A little about me…
Lotty Campbell Bird
I’ve been teaching Barre for over 10 years, Pilates for 8 years and I qualified as a 200-hour yoga teacher in 2024.
I trained with the renowned Barrecore Academy in London in 2015 and became the lead instructor at their flagship studio in Chelsea. I later trained with STOTT Pilates in 2017 to gain my Pilates mat work qualification. As a self-confessed yogi, I then went on to complete my 200-hour yoga teaching training.
I love bringing elements of these three styles of movement together to help people feel their best in body and mind.
I’m passionate about mindful movement and on a mission to empower as many people as possible to become stronger, healthier and happier through the practice of Barre and Pilates and Yoga.
My classes are technical but also creative and fun as I like to get you to think about how and why you are moving in certain ways so that you feel challenged but aware of how each movement is a tool to strengthen your body.
